We may collect your role, name, email address, organization, country, enquiry text, and your optional preference to receive news and updates.

• To review and respond to your enquiry.
• To send occasional news and updates only when you have separately opted in.

Enquiry data is processed to take steps at your request and on the basis of our legitimate interest in receiving and responding to enquiries. Where an enquiry relates to a possible agreement, processing may also be necessary for pre-contractual measures. Occasional news and updates are sent only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Enquiry data is normally retained for up to 24 months after our last substantive interaction with you. Marketing preference data is retained until you withdraw consent or for up to 24 months after the last active interaction, whichever occurs first.
