Website content is general information, not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Unless stated otherwise, the design, branding and content are owned by or licensed to Global Boards Alumni and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

3. Enquiries and advisor applications

Information submitted through the forms must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to provide any uploaded CV. Submitting an enquiry or advisor application starts a review or contact process only. It does not guarantee admission, create participation rights, or create an advisory, partnership, employment or other contractual relationship. Any later participation will be subject to separate confirmation and applicable programme terms.

4. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or complete operation. To the extent permitted by law, Global Boards Alumni is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Andorra, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that legally applies to a user.
